A. Resting the affected area is essential because it prevents further trauma to the injured site, which is particularly important in hemophilia since even minor injuries can lead to prolonged bleeding. Reducing movement helps the clotting process and minimizes additional stress on the injured tissue.

B. Elevation above heart level helps decrease blood flow to the injured area, which reduces both swelling and bleeding. This is a critical intervention for children with hemophilia, as excess blood loss can lead to complications such as hematomas and joint damage.

C. Direct pressure on the bleeding site helps mechanically control bleeding by promoting clot formation. In hemophilia, this is one of the first and most effective interventions for minor bleeding episodes, especially for superficial cuts or bruises.
